Dustin Olverson is the Branch Owner & Team Leader of eXp Realty-Richmond and the founder of One Dream Realty Group. Raised in New York City, he joined the Army and served as a sergeant on a convoy security team in Iraq. That's where he learned that the mission comes first and the team makes it happen.
