One Dream Realty Group is a Richmond-area real estate team at eXp Realty, founded in April 2021 by Dustin Olverson, a 25-year U.S. Army veteran and Branch Owner & Team Leader of eXp Realty-Richmond. Based in North Chesterfield, the team of about 25 agents helps buyers, sellers, investors and military families across Richmond, Chesterfield, Henrico, Powhatan, Petersburg and the Fort Lee area. Dustin Olverson
Founder · Branch Owner & Team Leader, eXp Realty-Richmond
Raised in New York City, Dustin served 25 years in the U.S. Army, including Operations Iraqi Freedom, Enduring Freedom, Joint Endeavor and Joint Forge, and Hurricane Katrina and Rita relief. Before real estate he ran several businesses at once, and some failed. The lesson stuck: focus on one thing and do it right. Client Care & Agent Development
Margarita has supported and run teams for more than five years. She works behind the scenes on client care and agent development, and helps new and part-time agents through what they face early in the business.

Lydia runs operations, agent training and onboarding, so agents can focus on their clients while the systems behind every transaction keep moving.
