New agents. Licensed in the last year or two, or about to be. You get our 40-hour Career Jumpstart training taught by the broker and experienced agents, a clear first-90-days plan, and a mentor who answers the phone.

Investor-minded agents. Commissions pay the bills. Real estate you own builds wealth. Learn flips, rentals, and development from a team leader who does it, and get deal flow most agents never see.

Military veterans and spouses. The team is led by Dustin Olverson, a 25-year U.S. Army veteran. We run on what works in the military: training, standards, written systems, and people who have your back. Moving to the Richmond area on PCS orders or leaving the service? We'll help you get licensed in Virginia and started.
