Chesterfield County is where a lot of our clients end up, and for good reason. You get more house for the money than in the city, good schools, and an easy drive to downtown Richmond. Our office is on Courthouse Road, so this is home turf for us.

Why people move to Chesterfield

  • Schools. Chesterfield County Public Schools is one of the largest districts in Virginia, with specialty centers and strong high school options.
  • Commute. Route 288, the Powhite Parkway and Chippenham Parkway put you in the West End, downtown or Midlothian quickly.
  • Parks and water. Pocahontas State Park, Swift Creek Lake and the Appomattox River trails are all in the county.
